RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Apolla jewelry is personally quality checked before shipping and shipped with a signature required to ensure delivery.
All sales are final and refunds are not offered. However, we offer to exchange the item if the order is faulty or if the product has a defect. Apolla will sometimes accept exchanges for other reasons with an exchange fee if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Apolla is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered.

The item’s size not living up to customer’s expectations is not a valid reason for an exchange as all sizes are specifically listed in the item's description and photos either show the measurements or comparisons to coins.

Apolla reserves the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If the product is damaged upon arrival, the customer must contact us within 2 days after receiving the item, therefore please take the time to check the item before the 2 days have passed.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges can only be done within 7 days after delivery, the item must be shipped back within that time frame. To arrange a return or exchange, please email ApollaJewelry@gmail.com before sending any items. A photo of the damaged item must be sent to Apolla within 2 days of the item’s arrival. If the product is returned to Apolla and the damage does not match the photo, the item will not qualify for an exchange.
If an item to be exchanged for any reason is not shipped within 7 days after it’s initial arrival, the item will not qualify for an exchange. The customer is then responsible for the shipping cost to return the item back to the customer.
If the customer wants to exchange a product that is undamaged but simply because they decide they want something else instead, exceptions can be made on a case for case basis in which we’ll exchange the item for a $100 exchange fee. This also must be done within 7 days after receiving the item, and the item returned must be in perfect condition.

To ship, please send to the address listed below. Ensure items are shipped back in a box and well protected. We recommend using a trackable method with a signature required since we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

SHIPPING COSTS:
The original shipping charges are non refundable and Apolla is not responsible for return shipping charges, which must be covered by the customer. The only exception is if we mistakenly send the wrong item, in which case the cost of return shipping will be covered by Apolla.

NEW ITEM:

Exchanges ideally should be for an item of the same or similar price as the initially purchased item. If it is exchanged for an item that costs more, the difference will be paid by the customer. Exchanging for an item that costs less is allowed but the difference will not be refunded. Customers can exchange for multiple items that individually cost less but add up to the price of the returned item.

All SPECIAL ORDERS and PERSONALIZED items are final sale and can not be refunded or exchanged for any reason once the order has been placed. If you have questions about personalized items, please contact us.
