In stock items will ship in 5-7 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items will ship within 3-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent. If your order is a rush, please email ApollaJewelry@gmail.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order. All Apolla jewelry is shipped with a signature required to ensure delivery. Apolla is not responsible for items lost in shipping, delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or delays due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company.

The original shipping charges are non refundable and Apolla is not responsible for return shipping charges, which must be covered by the customer. The only exception is if we mistakenly send the wrong item, in which case the cost of return shipping will be covered by Apolla.
